Whether you’re chasing a PR (or PB), trying to fall back in love with running, or just not sure where to start, 1:1 run coaching is one of the best ways to get tailored support for your unique running journey.

$100 / month (+ tax where applicable)

Not every coach is the same—and that’s the point. We want this to be the right fit for you.
We’ll set up a 15-minute get-to-know-each-other call where we’ll chat about your training history and goals.

Once you’re set up, we’ll sit down (virtually) and chat about your upcoming races, goals, and your running history so we can build a safe and fun personalized training plan for you.

Personalized means personalized. You get a completely unique training plan designed around your goals and life.
Plans are written by a UESCA certified run coach and delivered weekly via VDOT that you can access on your computer, phone, and watch.
Something came up? No sweat.
All our plans include ongoing communication and unlimited training adjustments, so you feel supported every step of the way. -
Let us cheer you on every step of the way.
We’ll review your comments and data at least once a week, so we can make adjustments and set you up for success.

Get unlimited access to your coach via email, phone, text, or training app for any questions or concerns that come up.
30-minute monthly check-in calls are also available.

We’ll chat goals, race day plans, and answer any questions you have so you can shakeout the nerves ahead of race day.And of course—we’ll debrief after too.

How many days of running is there?
It’s totally up to you! Our philosophy is that life comes first, running works around it. We’ll always chat with you about what’s going on with your life and your running goals, so we can find that perfect balance.
Who do you coach? Would I benefit from a coach?
In short, anyone! Virtual coaching is great because we can work with anyone anywhere. We’ve worked with first-time runners to those chasing PRs.
When will I reach my running goals/hit a PR?
No one can (or should) be able to guarantee you reach your running goals. Running is finicky and all we can do is set you up to reach your highest potential. But if you have a goal, we will do our best to help you train to get there!
Would I benefit from a coach?
Most likely! Everyday runners deserve to have running plans that fit their busy lives—and virtual coaching makes that possible. Our goal is to provide you with the support to make running fit with your life while working toward your goals.
How does billing work?
We process payments the first business day of the month. You’ll receive an invoice your first month (pro-rated for partial months) and set up for pre-authorized automatic payments for the following months.
Is there a minimum commitment?
At the moment, no. We know life happens—we want to do our best to offer maximum flexibility.
That being said, we’d appreciate a 30-day heads-up if you need to take a break.
