Running Playlists You Need To Save ASAP

I’m a music-on-the-run kinda girl.

I’ve tried books and podcasts. And honestly, they just make me feel sluggish.

Sometimes, I’ll try to take time on the run to reflect but most of the time, I’ll put on my Shokz and pull up one of my trusty Spotify playlists.

Whether you’re ready to smash that PR or just need some tunes for your next run, I thought I’d share some of my favorite running playlists.

HOME RUN

The perfect playlist for rounding that corner and sprinting to the finish. Every song will give you that extra push you need to get you through that home stretch.

(Before I was a run girly, I was a spin class girly. This playlist is inspired by that ‘run home’ on the bike. IYKYK)

FEEL GOOD RUN

Perfect for those sunny run days (or those days that could use a bit of sun.) I packed this playlist full of classics and newer songs that brighten my mood – and hopefully yours too!

MARATHON MUSTS

No matter how you put it, 26.2 miles (or 42.2 KM for the rest of us) is a long way to go. I will ALWAYS carefully (and painstakingly) put together a playlist for race day that makes every mile feel like a party.

Here are some of my race-day staples.

Past Race Day Playlists

When it comes to building race day playlists, I’ll usually pull from these playlists and toss in some recent favorites. (You’ll notice a lot of overlap!)

But here are some of my previous race day playlists for inspiration:
